Yanina Di Cesare manages the Finance, Human Capital and Administration teams.

She is responsible for the financial integrity of the company, ensuring compliance with budgeting and guaranteeing an internal culture where all employees feel comfortable and have a career opportunity to develop and grow.

Yanina joined the firm as billing and analytics manager in 2019, mainly supporting the accounts receivable area. Under that role she was able to reduce the time of collection days up to 30%, significantly improving the cash flow of the firm.
At the beginning of 2020, she was promoted to Finance Manager where she worked in the implementation of KPI’s, budgeting, data analytics, process improvements and reporting on SAP Business One. On the same year, Yanina took the lead of the areas of Administration and Human Capital with the objective of making significant changes to impact and support the growth of the organization. Under that role she created and implemented a new internal performance evaluation program and worked with the different areas in the implementation of new policies and processes in support of the strategic vision of the firm.
Yanina is from Argentina and has a degree in Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the prestigious Barna Management School in Santo Domingo.
