Orietta Blanco es socia-gerente de MINIÑO y fundadora de la Práctica de Propiedad Intelectual (PI) de la firma.

Su práctica abarca todos los aspectos del Derecho de Propiedad Intelectual. Orietta también se ocupa de los derechos de autor y asesora en materia de derecho del consumidor y publicidad. Dirige la práctica de privacidad y protección de datos, y asesora con frecuencia a empresas locales y extranjeras en relación con la normativa sobre privacidad y protección de datos y su cumplimiento.

Como parte de sus funciones de liderazgo en la firma, Orietta es responsable de la gestión estratégica diaria y a largo plazo de MINIÑO. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los responsables y asesores de la empresa en las áreas de recursos humanos, tecnología, marketing y finanzas.

A lo largo de su carrera, Orietta ha desempeñado un papel activo en varios comités y organizaciones relacionados con el derecho de propiedad intelectual.
