Pamela Hernández is the Head of the Trademark Prosecution and Litigation Practice for Dominican Republic. She joined the firm in 2012.

Pamela frequently works on a wide range of complex Intellectual Property related matters, including anti-counterfeiting, customs actions, and copyright infringement, with a particular focus on satellite piracy.

She heads and coordinates a team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff in relation to the administration of trademark portfolios. She also oversees and coordinates, trademark clearance, oppositions, cancellations, licensing, enforcement and infringement matters, due diligence, agreements and commercialization of Intellectual Property rights.

Pamela is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) where she has been part of the Anticounterfeiting Committee for three consecutive years, resulting in her appointment as Subcommittee Chair for Latin America. She is also frequently invited to work in project teams and was recently appointed as member of the Young Professionals Advisory Group (YPAG), led by INTA´s President.
