Our Team

María Rodríguez Viñas is an associate attorney specializing in Intellectual Property.

Before joining our firm María was the head of the Patent Department of a prestigious local firm, and was specialized in the protection and maintenance of Patents, Industrial Designs and Utility Models. She was also frequently involved in administrative proceedings as they relate to patent registration and in advising clients on the protection of inventions.

Her passion for Intellectual Property led her to expand her practice in the area, joining our firm in 2022. Maria currently focuses on the protection and enforcement of trademark portfolios and assists clients in trademark clearance searches. She is also frequently involved in trademark oppositions, cancellations, litigation, and infringement matters, as well as in relation to advice as they relate to Intellectual Property rights.

In her free time Maria enjoys literature, writing on her blog “Viña de Ángeles” and loves art and music.
