Our Team

Anolan currently manages the different subsystems of the Human Capital department at the firm, with a focus on talent recruitment. She also creates and executes training and development activities to enhance professional growth within the organization and work-life balance of our people. As part of the objectives of her role, she develops strategies to positively influence our working environment and internal relationships of the people at the firm.

Anolan leads our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and works hand by hand with the resto of the members in the creation and execution of our annual CSR action plan.
