🎙️Our partner Pamela Hernández participated as a panelist in the seminar-workshop “Prosecution of Music Piracy in the Digital Environment”, organized by the Intellectual Property Unit of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the National Copyright Office (ONDA).
During her participation in the Expert Panel: Legal Implications of Music Piracy and the New Era of Music Production, she shared her litigation experience in content piracy cases and addressed the main legal and technological challenges the Dominican Republic is currently facing. She also emphasized the need for effective enforcement mechanisms, inter-institutional coordination, and proper and creative implementation of the existing legal framework.
