At MINIÑO, we believe in the power of innovation and education to shape brighter futures. Through our Pro Bono Program, we have had the privilege of assisting Math Multipliers, an award-winning nonprofit, in securing and maintaining its intellectual property rights in the Dominican Republic.
Math Multipliers aims to improve math education and inspire youngsters to achieve their dreams. For this, they train high school students in math, who then become “multipliers” by tutoring underprivileged students. Beyond academics, they have invited guest speakers to motivate young minds to dream big and achieve greatness in life. Math Multipliers has changed lives by transforming how math is taught and learned.
Starting in the Dominican Republic, Math Multipliers has ambitious plans to expand globally, using math and other STEM topics like computer science, physics, robotics, and astronautics to inspire millions of students worldwide. At the moment, Math Multipliers is in pause reassessing how to move forward. In the meantime, our team is here to support.
