Our partner Pamela Hernández participated as moderator in the educational forum “Copyright Also Plays”, organized by the Oficina Nacional de Derecho de Autor (ONDA), on the occasion of World Book and Copyright Day.
As part of the event, she moderated a panel on sports content broadcasting rights, where practical insights were shared on the broadcasting, licensing, and commercialization of sports content, as well as the challenges of protecting such content in digital environments.
