Orietta Blanco is the Managing Partner of MINIÑO and founder of the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Practice.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of Intellectual Property Law. Orietta also handles copyright matters and provides advice on consumer and advertising law issues. She is the head of the privacy and data protection practice, and frequently advises local and foreign companies as regard privacy and data protection regulations and compliance.

As part of her leadership functions at the firm, Orietta is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term strategic management of MINIÑO. She works closely with the firm´s heads and advisors in the areas of human resources, technology, marketing, and finance.

Throughout her career, Orietta has taken an active role in several committees and organizations related to Intellectual Property law.
