Norma Luna is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice of MINIÑO. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and business law, with emphasis on tax law and company structuring and restructuring. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, dispositions, mergers, reorganizations, dissolution and joint ventures. She frequently assists foreign clients who are establishing business in the Dominican Republic. Norma also provides advice on Public Health regulation issues that arise in the context of her clients’ corporate and commercial transactions. She also advices on foreign investment, immigration and sports law.
Norma joined MINIÑO in 2008 as a student trainee. Upon graduation from law school in 2010 she became an Associate of the Corporate and Commercial Department. In 2012, she obtained her L.L.M in Corporate Business from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo.
